FAQ

What counts as a verification?

One billable event per call to POST /kyc/initiate or POST /kyb/initiate. Document re-uploads, liveness retries, and webhook retries don't add to the count.

What happens when I exceed my plan?

Starter caps at 500 — additional initiate calls return HTTP 403 with ERR_QUOTA_001. Growth and Enterprise allow overage; you'll see the extra line on next month's invoice.

How does billing work?

Monthly invoices via Midtrans (VA, QRIS, GoPay, OVO, card). 7-day grace period before soft suspend, 14 days before cancellation. See the changelog for billing-related releases.
